Project Planning & Execution

CHYIHAUR Team

For a company, the identity within its office space is a silent self-introduction: the moment clients and partners walk in, they begin grading its professionalism. Chin-Wei International's interior identity was crafted and installed by CHYIHAUR, giving the brand presence just the right weight within the space.

Corporate identity is the silent business card of a space

01

Project Background & Challenges

Chin-Wei International wanted a clear brand identity established within its office space, so visitors would sense the company's professionalism and scale the moment they entered. Corporate identity differs from retail storefronts: the challenge is not catching the eye but calibrating presence. The identity needs weight, must hold up to close inspection, and must harmonize with the office's finish, projecting a composed, credible corporate character.

Calibrating Visual Weight

The challenge in corporate identity is not catching the eye, but balancing presence against the tone of the office interior. The proportion and placement of the logo were worked out from the path visitors take as they enter the lobby, and set against the spatial scale of this wall, so that its weight registers while people are still walking in from the door, without overpowering the composure of the space itself.

Design Goals & Strategy

We set the goal as "a professional first impression": the corporate identity was placed at the visual focal point of the visitor path, its proportions and position planned to the scale of the space so guests would notice it naturally on entry. The finish was crafted with attention to detail and edging, working with the materials and light of the space so the identity reads as something the space was always meant to have, not a decoration added after the fact.

Attention to Edge Detailing and Materials

Signage in an office is seen at close range, so there is very little margin in the workmanship; the sense of quality rests entirely on how details are handled and how the edges meet. Materials also have to be chosen to suit the light already present in the space, so that at close range they do not sit outside the tone of the interior.

Installation Timed to the Interior Fit-Out

The wall surfaces and the openings were already fixed, and every character had to line up with them for the lettering to read as intended. Installation could therefore only begin once the interior work was in place, with each character positioned individually.

Project Outcome

In the finished Chin-Wei International space, the brand identity stands at the visual focal point of the visitor path, so guests clearly sense the corporate image the moment they enter, its finish blending seamlessly with the interior fit-out. The corporate identity becomes a natural endorsement of trust during meetings and reception, while fully demonstrating CHYIHAUR's execution quality in corporate interior identity work.

FAQ

This is an interior signage and identity project delivered by CHYIHAUR for Chin-Wei Enterprise. The project crafted brand identity within the corporate office space so visiting clients sense the company's professional image at first glance, with the identity fully integrated with the tone of the space.

Corporate interior identity is about professional presence and calibrated weight, not commercial eye-catching: the identity must harmonize with the office's finish, hold up to close inspection, and project a composed, credible corporate character. CHYIHAUR plans the whole layout to the scale of the corporate space and the visitor path.

The most effective spot is the visual focal point of the visitor path, such as the welcoming face at the entrance or the main wall of the reception area, so guests notice it naturally on entry. The Chin-Wei Enterprise project planned the position and proportion of the identity on exactly this principle, building a professional first impression at the door.

If your company is planning office identity, an image wall, or brand work for a corporate space, you are welcome to reach CHYIHAUR through the "Contact Us" page on our official website. The team will provide planning advice and a quote based on your space conditions.

It comes down to edging and detail. The surface treatment has to work with the materials and light of the space, so the identity never looks out of place once the fit-out is complete. On the Chin-Wei Enterprise project, CHYIHAUR timed its site entry to the fit-out schedule, then installed the identity with precise positioning, so it sits consistently with the surrounding interior work.
